Ayala Mall will soon rise in Cagayan de Oro

Ayala Mall, a chain of large shopping malls in the Philippines, will soon rise here in the city of Cagayan de Oro. Ayala Land Inc., the oldest and one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines,  is set to build the biggest mall in Mindanao with an expected total cost of 2.5 billion pesos. The mall’s construction site, an 8-hectare prime commercial lot, is situated along CM Recto and Corrales avenues in what used to be Cebu Southern Motors Corporation.

Future site of Ayala Mall Cagayan de Oro

According to Cagayan de Oro Ctiy Mayor Constantino Jaraula, “the Ayala Mall Cagayan de Oro would make the city a major shopping destination in Mindanao as this will be the biggest mall in the region and will further boost our beloved city as a haven for investment.”

The proposed development of Ayala Mall will definitely help Cagayan de Oro become known as a commercial capital here in the Philippines.
